One-Off Asset Aggregation

We target one-off functionally superior light industrial real estate assets ranging from $3M – $30M. This allows us to scale an institutional quality asset portfolio without broadly competing on the open market.

Long-Term Value Harvesting

We’re pursuing longer-term, core-plus opportunities. The physical criteria of the assets remain relatively the same, but we’re targeting larger deal sizes ($30M+).

Target Markets: DFW, San Antonio, El Paso, Houston, Austin, Tulsa, OKC

Use Qualities: Existing, Multi-Tenant, Infill Location, Light Manufacturing, Flex, Warehouse/Distribution

Strategy: Core Plus, Value Add
